At Scarab Studios, every story is born within a larger world, where characters, narratives, and journeys intertwine across original series. Our stories unfold in a medium-length format of 8 episodes, each running 20–25 minutes.

KHANGAR

In a secluded oasis divided between two feuding families, a marriage is arranged not for love, but to protect a fragile balance neither side can afford to lose. As old rivalries harden into a struggle over land, survival and the oasis’s most valuable resource -water- the union meant to preserve peace may become the very thing that threatens it.

WINTER / 2027
When his father mysteriously disappears, a young Cairenne man follows the only clue he left behind to an ancient temple in Upper Egypt; where he discovers that his family belongs to a hidden lineage of guardians.

AL ZAYBAQ
The son of a murdered master thief returns to the city his mother once fled, determined to avenge his father and reclaim the legacy stolen from him. Through deception, rivalry and an increasingly dangerous rise through the underworld, the young thief begins building a name of his own: Al Zaybaq.
The Ninth
While restoring a forgotten collection of photographs for an exhibition, a young woman unknowingly begins reconstructing a lost Hema; an entire place preserved across the images. As the world inside the photographs starts returning, she uncovers the work of a photographer who discovered the same phenomenon decades earlier and tried desperately to stop it before the Ninth could return.
NABBASH
A scavenger who survives by looting cities destroyed by war has carefully built a life around disappearing before anything can catch up with him. But when an abandoned boy falls into his path, Nabbash is forced to abandon the escape he has spent years constructing; and step back into a world he has worked hard to stay outside of.
